Application Form

The following application forms are only for Faculty, Visitors, Members, and Staff of the Institute for Advanced Study during the 2012-13 academic year.

IAS Application deadlines: The priority enrollment period for the IAS community extends through April 15 for local Princeton-area families and April 30 for families applying from abroad or out-of-state.

Individuals not affiliated with the Institute for Advanced Study, please send an admissions inquiry to crossroads@ias.edu including your child's name, date of birth, parent contact information and desired schedule (full- or half-day). We will have information on availability for non-IAS families after the IAS prioirty enrollment period is complete.
